Inquiries

Meeting and on-site survey
We will meet with you to discuss your requests and conditions. We understand the characteristics of the site and building from the architectural drawings, and measure the garden space as necessary. Also, while on site, we will check the surrounding environment and daily conditions.

Concept and design proposals
If your proposal is from the drawing stage, we will draw up a planting concept specific to the project. We present a planting concept suitable for the project using text, outline drawings, and image photographs. In the case of proposals from the design stage, we will create a planting floor plan (execution drawings and design quantities) based on the results of on-site surveys, interviews, and plan reviews. We will explain the overall concept and reasons for selecting species in an easy-to-understand manner.

Create other materials
Upon request, we will display materials such as tree photos, tree characteristic charts, image sketches, and photo montages. Please use it for internal meetings, presentations to customers, etc.

Creating an implementation plan
If you like the outline plan and would like to request specific planning and construction, we will ask you to sign a provisional contract. At that time, we will charge a preliminary contract deposit of 10% of the rough estimate that we have presented earlier.

Contract
Finally, it's time to sign the contract. We will exchange construction contracts based on the implementation drawings and the details of the estimate that have been agreed to by the customer. *The amount received in advance under the provisional contract will be deducted from the final estimate.

Construction
While paying attention to the safety of the surrounding area, we will proceed with the construction work in accordance with the contract details and complete the garden within the scheduled period.

Maintenance consultation
