Witnessing the accelerating impacts of climate change — extreme weather events and the degradation of natural ecosystems — I found myself compelled to ask: "What is the true purpose of my work?" and "How can I best serve the living world through my craft?" These questions have driven decades of exploration in pursuit of a more meaningful approach to landscape design.

I grew up immersed in the world of landscaping, yet conventional approaches — merely arranging plants and hardscape — never fully resonated with me. Through years of dedication to this craft, I arrived at the philosophy and methodology that defines our work today.

It fills me with deep gratitude to see the years of steadfast effort we have invested in environmental regeneration from Yakushima, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, now bearing fruit — and ultimately leading us to connect with you.

More than ever, we live in an era that demands we examine the essence of our individual contributions.
