As we witness global warming, the abnormal weather caused by it, and the devastation of the natural environment, I have asked myselves questions, "What is the meaning of my life?" “What is the best service we can do with my body?” I have been searching for the ideal form of landscaping for many years.
I have become accustomed to landscaping since I was a child, but there was a part of me that was not satisfied with just planting or arranging plants.As I strived to serve this life to the fullest, I arrived at my current style.
I am overwhelmed with emotion when I think that the years of steady effort we have put into regenerating the global environment from Yakushima, a world natural heritage site, have come to fruition and are now leading us to meet you.
More than any other era, we live in a time when the essence of each individual is being questioned. By fulfilling my destiny, I will continue to foster a beautiful environment worthy of being dedicated to all the living things that support me, and we are determined to contribute to the improvement of craftsmen's skills and the further development of the industry. We would like to express our gratitude to all of you for your continued support.
Profile
Mother of a daughter. Born and raised at a Buddhist temple in Hyogo. She pursued a career in horticulture and moved to England to master gardening, which she had been familiar with since childhood due to the influence of her grandmother. At the age of 23, she purchased 2,000 square meters of abandoned farmland in Yakushima and has made it her life's work to revitalize and create forests of fruit trees that continue to produce fruits throughout the year. She creates gardens and landscapes that are not only visually beautiful but also improve the global environment, including soil and water, which are the foundations of all lives.
