In July 2024, we traveled to a site at the base of the mountains in Bali, Indonesia, where we had been consulting on a project for some time —
to construct the Ishiba-date stone foundation for a new residence.

The construction was carried out in a workshop format to pass on these traditional techniques to local practitioners.
Over the course of approximately one week,
participants with deep knowledge of traditional building methods, natural farming, and permaculture joined us,
making for an exceptionally meaningful experience.

Through these new connections,
we witnessed the traditional craft of Ishiba-date
and the techniques and philosophy of environmental regeneration
being embraced in a foreign land —
a development that fills us with profound gratitude.
To everyone who made this opportunity possible,
and to all who connected through it —
thank you.
We look forward to a lasting partnership,
working together as fellow stewards of planetary regeneration to build a better future.
